A study on clustering Ukraine’s regions based on the dynamics of exports, imports, and the number of business entities from 2022 to 2024 has revealed significant territorial differences in economic activity changes. Based on the analysis, four main regional clusters are identified: 1) regions with moderate changes in the number of business entities and export volumes; 2) regions experiencing the most significant negative changes in export volumes; 3) regions with substantial changes in the number of business entities but moderate changes in export volumes; 4) regions with the least changes in both indicators, indicating stability during crises. The identified differences in economic dynamics confirm the need for a differentiated approach to economic recovery programs. Socio-economic trends shaped by crises and military actions necessitate adaptive mechanisms for supporting entrepreneurship and stimulating investment activity based on each region's specific characteristics. The application of digital technologies plays a key role in economic restructuring. The automation of business processes, the development of e-commerce, and digital platforms will contribute to increasing regional competitiveness. The implementation of digital tools enables real-time analysis of economic activity changes, the development of effective regional development strategies, and transparency in decision-making processes. The study results can be used to assess the effectiveness of regional policies and develop practical recommendations for restoring economic activity in Ukraine’s regions. Відзначено, що посилення цінової волатильності на міжнародних організованих ринках через геополітичну та макроекономічну нестабільність обумовлює зростаючу роль біржової торгівлі ф’ючерсними контрактами. На основі узагальнення наявних поглядів, здійснено уточнення економічної сутності ф’ючерсних контрактів на організованих товарних ринках, як виду деривативних контрактів стандартизованої форми, яка розробляється і затверджується біржами у вигляді ф’ючерсних специфікацій і може обертатись виключно на товарних біржах та передбачає організаційно-економічні умови біржової купівлі-продажу базових активів із зобов’язаннями їх виконанням у майбутньому до настання часу експірації у розрахунковий спосіб або з поставкою базових активів. Встановлено, що ф’ючерсна та спотова торгівля досить тісно взаємопов’язані й ф’ючерсні ціни являються продовженням або похідними від спотових цін. Відзначено, що торгівля ф’ючерсними контрактами на організованих товарних ринках передбачає можливість використання наступних груп базових товарних активів: енергоресурси, аграрна продукції, метали, інші активи. Встановлено, що виникнення ф’ючерсних контрактів на міжнародних організованих товарних ринках стало результатом еволюції біржових контрактів та пошуку ефективних інструментів для прогнозування майбутньої цінової кон’юнктури й управління ціновими ризиками. Проведена оцінка обсягів міжнародної біржової торгівлі ф’ючерсними контрактами, на основі використання статистичних даних Асоціації ф’ючерсної індустрії, свідчить про те, що з 2014 р. по 2024 р. кількість укладених ф’ючерсів на провідних товарних біржах світу зросла з 12,2 млрд угод – до 29,5 млрд угод, а приріст міжнародної біржової торгівлі ф’ючерсними контрактами на товарні та фінансові базові активи склав 142 %. Визначено економічне призначення ф’ючерсних контрактів на основі розгляду їх функціонального використання в ринковій економіці. Proposals are substantiated for the creation of a digital platform "Agrifood Network" that would unite the efforts of commodity producers, processors, logistics companies, retailers and state bodies to form a digital platform of the agrifood network. The main functions of such a digital platform should be: development of the electronic market of agricultural products, strengthening the logistics module, development of an information and analytical center, expansion of financial instruments, activation of the training module, integration with state bodies. The advantages of creating a digital platform “Agrifood Network» for ensuring food security in Ukraine (increasing transparency and efficiency of the agricultural market, reducing logistics costs, improving forecasting of yields and prices, simplifying access to financing, improving the skills of commodity producers, improving land management, increasing export potential, increasing the potential for food security assurance) and problems are revealed. It is emphasized that the creation of a digital platform "Agrifood Network" requires significant investments and cooperation between state bodies, IT companies, agricultural associations and scientific institutions. The article also discusses the challenges faced by education systems and retraining processes due to the rise of new technologies. In addition, it emphasizes the need for legislative adaptation to the ongoing changes in the labor market. The analysis of these shifts presents an understanding of how digital technologies are reshaping the landscape of employment and labor relations, underlining the importance of both technological and social readiness to address these changes. The article summarizes methodological approaches to asset management in agricultural enterprises and provides practical recommendations for their optimization. Under modern economic conditions, agricultural enterprises face numerous challenges, including fluctuations in agricultural product prices, the impact of climate change, difficulties in accessing financing, and instability in domestic and foreign markets. To achieve sustainable development, it is necessary to develop an effective financial policy that ensures efficient management of both current and non-current assets. The article examines the management of material, financial, and intangible assets of agricultural enterprises and their impact on financial results. The dynamics of the asset structure of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises in recent years have been analyzed, and trends in their development have been identified. Particular attention is given to improving asset utilization efficiency, especially through the implementation of modern digital technologies and managerial innovations. The article examines European asset management practices in the agricultural sector that could be adapted in Ukraine. Additionally, modern technological research that can be implemented within the framework of digitalization and the use of advanced technologies in agricultural enterprises has also been analyzed. Scientific approaches and studies by domestic and foreign researchers on asset management issues are highlighted, and comprehensive methods for asset accounting, evaluation, and analysis are reviewed. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of the development of territorial communities in Nigeria in the context of economic transformations. This article explores the economic activities and social changes within these communities through the lens of modernization theory, which emphasizes the shift from traditional to modern systems influenced by industrialization, urbanization, and technological progress. Although rural communities are vital to Nigeria’s economy, they often experience neglect due to poor leadership, corruption, insecurity, and limited access to essential services. While modernization efforts like infrastructure development, agricultural commercialization, and education reforms have made some headway, obstacles such as cultural resistance, dependence on global systems, and inequality still hinder inclusive growth. The practical significance of the article is the need for localized governance, strategic investments in infrastructure, and customized modernization strategies to unlock the potential of Nigeria’s territorial communities. In tackling these challenges, promoting inclusivity, and addressing community-specific needs, Nigeria can achieve sustainable development while maintaining its socio-cultural heritage. One of the ways Nigeria's territorial communities can develop economically is by utilizing the opportunities they have. Territorial communities, which are characterized by differences in ethnicity, geographic location, and socioeconomic status, play an important role in shaping the country's overall development. Lack of access to basic resources, inadequate infrastructure, and insufficient services are obstacles faced by territorial communities. Despite the barriers, Nigeria's local communities are the cornerstone of the country's untapped potential. Within the framework of the set goal, the research tasks are defined: to analyze the essence and content of socially responsible personnel management, establish its connection with the formation of social capital, identify strategic mechanisms for the implementation of socially responsible HR practices at the local level and provide recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of their implementation in management practice. In the current conditions of decentralization, social instability and transformational changes in Ukrainian society, the role of communities as centers of sustainable development is growing. Effective human resource management within communities involves not only ensuring the functionality of local government bodies, but also implementing the principles of social responsibility. Socially responsible personnel management (SRPM) is becoming a key factor in the formation of social capital – a system of trust, interaction, cooperation between residents and institutions. The formation of such capital is a necessary condition for strengthening cohesion, increasing the effectiveness of management decisions and sustainable development of the community. In this regard, the study of strategic aspects of SRPM is of particular importance for science, management practice and regional development policy. Research methods. In the research process, a set of general scientific and special methods was used, which ensured the integrity and scientific validity of the results. In particular: the method of analysis and synthesis – to study scientific approaches to understanding the essence of socially responsible personnel management and social capital; a systemic approach – to study the relationships between the elements of socially responsible personnel management and community development factors; a comparative analysis method – to study domestic and foreign experience in implementing socially responsible HR practices; a structural-functional approach – to identify the functions and mechanisms of the influence of personnel management on the formation of social capital; elements of SWOT analysis – to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of HRM in communities; a method of expert assessments – to formulate practical recommendations taking into account the opinions of specialists in the field of HR, social management and local development. The use of these methods allowed us to form a strategic vision of the role of socially responsible personnel management in the process of developing social capital at the level of territorial communities. The practical value of the study lies in identifying strategic approaches to the implementation of socially responsible personnel management in communities as a tool for strengthening social capital. The results obtained can be used by representatives of local governments, heads of municipal enterprises and public organizations to develop personnel policies aimed at strengthening trust, increasing the effectiveness of teamwork, developing social partnership and activating the participation of residents in community life. The purpose of the study is to analyze the essence and structure of marketing planning as a system that supports investment decisions, as well as to develop recommendations for its integration into project management to increase their effectiveness and reduce risks. The work uses general scientific methods, in particular, analysis and synthesis for the decomposition of marketing planning into analytical, strategic and operational components with further generalization of their role in investment activities, as well as a systemic approach to assessing the relationships between marketing strategies and other subsystems of the enterprise, such as finance and production; the research materials are based on theoretical sources, data on marketing tools and practical examples of integration. The obtained scientific results include the identification of marketing planning as a multi-level system that reduces investment risks through market analysis, sales forecasting and promotion strategies, the justification of synergistic and adaptive approaches to its integration into investment decisions, as well as the development of a model for using marketing tools, such as segmentation, branding and monitoring, to optimize financial flows and increase the competitiveness of projects. The most popular social networks, key tools, and technologies provided by platforms for targeting settings are examined. Possible development paths are analyzed, and recommendations are formulated for companies considering the implementation of targeted advertising in their marketing strategies. Developing an effective marketing strategy that incorporates targeted advertising in social networks is a crucial aspect of innovative growth, enabling businesses to actively promote their products or services, adapt to market conditions, and enhance their competitiveness. However, the rapid development of this field is accompanied by complex challenges related to the need for effective regulation. Existing regulatory approaches often lag behind technological innovations, leading to the emergence of new risks - particularly in the areas of consumer rights protection, cybersecurity, transaction transparency, competition, and ethics. The problem is further complicated by the high dynamism of the electronic market, the transnational nature of online trade, and the need to balance excessive regulatory pressure with the freedom to innovate. Under such conditions, there is a growing need for a comprehensive systems-based approach to analyzing regulatory systems in e-commerce—taking into account their structure, functional states, properties, and interconnections with the external environment. Based on the discussion of various aspects of regulatory systems in e-commerce, it can be reasonably argued that they represent complex, multi-level structures that include interrelated states, properties, and functions. These components are not only closely connected but also interdependent, forming dynamic systems capable of adapting to external changes and challenges, while ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of e-commerce. It is substantiated that the adaptability, interconnectedness, self-organization, robustness, resilience, and integration of regulatory system properties play a key role in its ability to self-improve and innovate, as well as in maintaining trust and meeting user needs. It is also demonstrated that the functions of regulation and compliance, monitoring and control, innovation facilitation, security assurance, conflict resolution and complaint management, and market resilience interact with system properties and states, supporting their adaptation and development in response to the challenges of the modern digital world.
