SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF SECURITY OF BUSINESS STRUCTURES
Abstract
The problems related to the essential characteristics of the concept of "security of business structures" are highlighted. The prerequisites and factors of economic security of entrepreneurship at the regional level are considered. The dependence of the economic security of business structures on the efficiency of the functioning of economic entities is assessed, with their allocation into large, medium and small. Factors for the formation of favorable prerequisites for strengthening the economic security of entrepreneurship have been determined, taking into account which will lead to the minimization of threats to their effective development. The article highlights the issues of economic security of business structures, which is an integral component of the successful functioning of any enterprise, which contributes to its stability, development and ability to resist external and internal threats.Enterprise security covers not only financial aspects, but also ensuring its legal, organizational and technical security, which allows maintaining a high level of competitiveness. Therefore, effective management of economic security is a priority to ensure the stable functioning of the enterprise in the conditions of a changing economic environment. Special attention is paid to the economic security of enterprises at the regional level. Enterprises operating in certain economic zones face specific problems and challenges arising from local conditions, infrastructural limitations, specificities of regional labor markets and resources. Regional factors, such as the level of infrastructure development, access to financial resources, local regulations, can affect the general level of economic security of business structures, forcing them to adapt to the specific conditions of the region. Attention is paid to the efficiency of the functioning of business entities, which is also determined by their size. Larger enterprises tend to have more financial reserves and can use scale to reduce costs and risks. However, due to their complexity and extensive structure, they may face management and coordination problems. Medium and small enterprises, on the other hand, have greater flexibility and the ability to quickly respond to changes in the market situation, but often do not have sufficient financial resources to ensure their economic security. Therefore, the size of the enterprise was taken into account when developing strategies to ensure its economic security, because each type of business has its own characteristics and needs.
